    Historic Judgment from Court

Calcutta’s special court pronounced an order of death sentence to Rajiv Ghosh for the brutal rape of a 7-month-old infant, making this particular order historic with regard to India’s judicial systems. The crime was termed as “extremely rare” and is very evil; ordered Rs 1 million as compensation for the victim’s family.

    Fast Investigation and Justice

The horrible crime happened on November 30, 2024, in the Bertola area of Kolkata, where the infant was critically injured.
