    Pakistan advises citizens to avoid travel to Iran amid regional tensions

    The Government of Pakistan has issued a travel advisory asking citizens to avoid travelling to Iran for a limited time due to recent Israeli attacks.

    Officials said the advisory is meant to ensure the safety and security of Pakistani nationals. The government is monitoring the changing regional situation. According to directives from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, steps are being taken to help Pakistani citizens currently in Iran return safely.
