Orient Rental Modaraba has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved an increase in its authorised certificate capital from Rs750 million to Rs1 billion.
Following the approval, the authorised fund of Orient Rental Modaraba has been enhanced from Rs750,000,000 divided into 75,000,000 Modaraba certificates of Rs10 each to Rs1,000,000,000 divided into 100,000,000 Modaraba certificates of Rs10 each.
The company has requested the exchange to inform TRE Certificate Holders of the development accordingly.
