Deportations from Six Countries
In the last twenty-four hours, 48 Pakistani nationals were sent back home from six countries: Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, and the U.A.E. According to immigration sources, out of 48 deportees who boarded the flight from Riyadh, 31 were thrown out because of blacklisting, expired passports, visa violations, or absconded work.
Reasons Behind Their Deportation
The Sultanate of Oman returned 12 individuals to Pakistan for illegal entry and visa-related matters, while others were escorted from the U.A.E., Qatar, and Azerbaijan for sharing the same reasons. Some five deportees were delivered into the hands of local police in a Larkana, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, and Rakshan.
Offloaded at Karachi Airport
At Karachi Airport, authorities also offloaded another 38 passengers, including travelers with visit/work visas for Iraq, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Greece, Azerbaijan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and the Philippines due to blacklisting and document-related issues.
