More Than 100 Pakistanis Deported from 16 Different Countries
The Growing Phenomenon of Deportation of Pakistani Nationals
Karachi: Within just two days, over 100 Pakistanis have been deported from different countries, overcoming many challenges faced by travelers and expatriates abroad.
Analysis regarding Deportation
According to immigration sources, a total of 118 Pakistanis were deported from 16 different countries, including the United States, Japan, Korea, Senegal, and even Thailand. Some were kept upon arrival in Karachi.
Major Deportations and the Reasons
Saudi Arabia noted 61 Pakistanis for losing their passports, being blacklisted, breaching agreements, and engaging in illegal activities.
- Due to illegal entry and overstaying their visas, Iraq sent back 15 Pakistanis.
- Oman deported seven persons for illegal entry, termination from jobs, and blacklisting.
- One Pakistani was declared inadmissible and was sent back to the United States.
- Korea barred entry to one Pakistani national.
