In a solemn response to the ongoing national crisis, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially postponed the remaining eight matches of the HBL Pakistan Super League X, following the advice of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
In a statement released on Friday, the PCB expressed unwavering solidarity with the families of martyrs and the country’s security personnel. “The PCB and its players stand resolutely with the nation. While cricket brings us together, it must respectfully step aside in times of national mourning and challenge,” the board stated.
